The name
Named after a thread that runs through the region.
Naseej takes its inspiration from Al Sadu, the traditional weaving of Bedouin women, recognised by UNESCO in 2011 as Intangible Cultural Heritage in need of urgent safeguarding.
You can see it in the store itself: the crossing lines and diamond of the Naseej mark, and the woven rose-gold lattice that frames every shelf. The brand celebrates that culture and the women behind the craft.
